Short cornet and Long cornet
- Short cornet (English style)
Shape of the back side of the bell is shephard crook (like a lying question mark), and bell lengh is shorter. It is just like the Cornet, warm and broad sound. English style brass band usually use short cornet. - Long cornet (American style)
Shape of the back side of the bell is simila design to trumpet, and bell lengh is longer. Sound is alos closer to trumpet. Long cornet had used for American jazz old days.
